Food was all really good, we came in right when they opened , quick stop during our road trip. Waiter was super nice & smiley , my boyfriend loved all the food & we would totally stop here again .

I ordered food to go because the restaurant was in within walking distance to the hotel where I was staying. I wanted a lighter meal than the other restaurants would offer in the area. I didn't dine in during my stay, so I can't rate that experience. However, if you're visiting Santa Clarita, I recommend to check it out if you're a Sushi lover. Their menu is quite extensive. For my take out order I got the dragon roll , and a cup of miso soup. I noticed the shrimp in the dragon roll was fried crisp and fresh tasting. The miso soup was ok, but nothing special. I plan on making Kinza Sushi my go to for take out whenever I visit Santa Clarita.

This is a nice little hidden gem in Stevenson Ranch. The staff exemplified excellent service. The tuna was fresh and the saki was jamming. The experience was memorable and I would love to go back. Great job Kinza!

This sushi restaurant offers outdoor, indoor, and upstairs seating with plenty parking available. Despite not having reservations on a Friday night, we were promptly seated. The sushi was delicious and reasonably priced. The menu features creatively named items, likely inspired by regular customers. The atmosphere is casual and lively, with a low volume of basketball playing on the screens and background music adding to the ambiance.

My go to sushi spot in the SCV! Almost always busy with a waitlist upon arrival but it's worth it. The restaurant is lively with very friendly staff. Ample seating as they have indoor and outdoor plus upstairs area. I remember being slightly overwhelmed my first visit with how many options were on the menu but I found my favorite rolls! The Lakers and M&M rolls are my faves! My friends also enjoy the 51/50 hand rolls and can't come here without getting it! Be sure to check them out whenever you're craving sushi!

We found a new sushi place in Santa Clarita!! First of we got a super warm welcome from the staff and our waiter. When we arrived and the downstairs was packed so we were the first guests to be seated upstairs. Since it was our first time here we asked for a couple suggestions which we took all of them. This is definitely a popular spot because the upstairs was packed before we even got our food. There's a super cool ambiance in a small place. Servers remained super attentive to us all night as well. On to the food! We got a bottle of night nigori which was great! We ordered the- Laker roll- this was our absolute favorite! Be sure to order this!! Jerry home run- fantastic roll. Great combo of flavors. Hell fire roll- delicious but definitely on the spicier side which I tend not to be able to handle. Jay-lo- had a nice citrus sauce on it but this was our least favorite. Wouldn't order this one again. Tuna cracker appetizer- not bad just not our vibe. All the fish was fresh and delicious! Looking forward to returning!! By the time we left there was a crowd outside waiting to be seated. Def

Only been here once on a whim and it is now my go to sushi spot in the SCV. First of all, the service and overall vibes were immaculate. We sat at the bar and Alex and Victor were our sushi chefs. Both of them, but especially Alex was super attentive, asking multiple times how we are doing, and how the food is. I could genuinely tell he cared about his service and about the customers he serves. The place itself is small enough to feel super cozy and intimate especially at the bar, but large enough that when they need, they could accommodate people at their upstairs area. And of course, the food was great. We got one roll, yaki soba and a couple of nigiris. Our favorites were the uni and red snapper. I never tried red snapper but tried it with the recommendation of the customers sitting next to us and oh my goodness! The fish was super fresh and flavorful. The rice ratio was also perfect as well! Definitely coming back and sitting at the bar next time, preferably with a glass of hot sake :)

Our "regular" sushi joint of 30 years is now closed on Sundays. Haven't been to Kinza in ages! (9/17/23) This place is packed at 7pm. People standing outside waiting for seating indoors! Tables and sushi bar downstairs, cute outdoor seating on the patio. The crowd is a good sign! Placed an order for garlic edamame, some assorted nigiri sushi, a couple of cut rolls and one "no rice" roll with cucumber. They were a little faster than the quoted 30 minute wait. Service friendly, they packed all sauces on the side instead of drowning the rolls.. big points for that! I just wish the sauces had been labeled so we knew which paired with the different rolls. The fish was fresh, the sushi rice was seasoned well! I liked it, Momma thought the rice was a little too sweet. But better than the unseasoned stuff so many sushi bars serve these days. Prices were reasonable for the area. It won't replace our old school favorite just a few miles away, but I'd definitely return!

Delicious option for sushi in SCV. If I'm in the area again, i would return. Food: their sushi menu is extensive! Only downside is there are no pictures on their menu, which would be nice to have since their menu is so large. Everything we ordered was amazing. The crunch Roll, rainbow roll, and BLCR tasted delicious. The Texas roll was something more unique on the menu and I loved it. I would eat all these rolls again. Service & ambiance: my water cup was always filled. There was outdoor dining. That was nice. Parking was easy to find as the restaurant was in a plaza.
